Challenge: Red Lights

For this week, starting tomorrow, use red lights as a moment to bring yourself to the present.  We fume at the lights, our bad luck, listen to the radio, or pull out our phones.  I challenge to turn this occasion into something positive.

 

For every red light you have to stop at, take a moment and breathe [In; Out].  Of course, keep your eyes open and don’t do anything unsafe.  Be conscious of your breath and use these lights to your advantage.

Do this for a week, and you will notice red lights being transformed into moments of pleasure.
