So far we’ve gotten to feel ourselves breathing. For some of us, it was the very first realization of our breathe. Then we used breathing to repair the old, dormant bridge between our mind and body. Now we will bring everything thus far together.
This one consists of four lines. You may read for familiarity before committing it to memory.
